Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, a cancellation fee or full charge of the service amount will be charged.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notification, a no-show fee will be charge .
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other guests. We understand that unexpected events can happen and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution. However, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
1.INTRODUCTORY
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the services provided by Serene touch by Chaina (“Day Spa”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) to you, the client (“Client” or “You”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
2.SERVICES
2.1. Serene touch by Chaina offers a range of skincare services, including massage, as described on our website, in our brochures, or as discussed in communication with the Client.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about their medical history, allergies, and any medications they are currently taking.
3.2 The Client is responsible for following pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Serene touch by Chaina for the best outcomes and safety
4. APPOINTMENTS and CANCELLATION
4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and availability is subject to our scheduling system. We require $30 deposit in order to book your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your services.
4.2. A cancellation policy, if applicable, will be communicated to the client and must be adhered to.
$30 of the service price charged for late cancellations
$30 of service price charged for no shows
Too many consecutive No-Shows will result in being banned from booking online
4.3. All clients are asked to enter their card details at the time of booking
5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Payments for our SPA services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit cards.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our SPA services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
6. LIABILITY and CONSENT
6.1. The Client acknowledges and assumes the risk associated with services provided by Serene Touch by Chaina including Advanced Facial Treatments and Body Contouring.
6.2.Serene Touch by Chaina is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications unless they result from Serene Touch by Chaina negligence.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. Serene touch by Chaina respects your privacy. Personal information and medical records, including Advanced Facial Treatments and Cryo Treatments will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. OUT-IN for COMMUNICATIONS
8.1 By submitting your contact information you agree to receive communications from Serene touch by Chaina , including appointment reminders and updates.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
9.1. Serene touch by Chaina reverses the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. These Terms and governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration by the rules of [Arbitration Authority].
